We ship for free in almost every country. If you doubt that your country is one of the exceptions then please contact our customer support at to confirm it.



Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order.

Our Warehouses are closed on weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business days.

Tracking numbers are usually available after 5-8 business days after your order is shipped. In most cases, the tracking numbers are activated instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 3-5 business days to show the correct location of your package. At any time, you can contact our customer support at for an accurate update on your order.



On average it may take up to 2 to 4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries. And for the rest of the world, it may take 2-6 weeks.

Customers living in regions severely impacted by the coronavirus may experience delays since we are operating to and within impacted areas as local conditions and restrictions allow. We are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to containment of the virus. These work and travel restrictions may affect shipments to and from impacted areas, as well as shipments moving within those areas. We have adjusted delivery commitments for certain impacted areas.

- We only offer Standard shipment since its FREE



We want you to absolutely love your products!

We do our best to ensure all products are in tip-top condition when they arrive to you, however, we do not refund returns for change of mind.

Refunds and returns are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault or damaged upon arrival as per consumer law.

Our Return policy lasts 15 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Any items not in its original condition that appear to have been worn or damaged are not eligible for a return.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your parcel when returning your item.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. 

Orders purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
